Seen from an Amtrak train

In April 2008, we took the Amtrak train from Albuquerque, New Mexico, to Los Angeles. As we woke up, we hade a nice view of the Mojave Desert.

If you (like us) drives south from I-15, you will after a while come to a (very) little town called Cima, and after yet another while you come to Kelso. In Kelso the old train statin / depot now is a kind of museum and information and is worth a little stop.
