UNION PACIFIC IN WYOMING |

Wyoming and Union Pacific means 1) the Union Pacific Transcon between Chicago and the Pacific Ocean and 2) coal trains in the Powder River Basin. Especially the last is an impressive experience to see; big trains in a "big" landscape.
Powder River BasinTogether with BNSF UP runs coal trains from the Powder River Basin to the east and south. Also check out my BNSF in Wyoming-page for a description of the line.
