Rochelle Railfan Park (Illinois)In Rochelle, a little west of Chicago, is a railfan park where you can watch and enjoy trains. 2 mainlines cross here, BNSF and Union Pacific. Union Pacific has the most traffic. There used to be a railfan shop but this appearently has closed. | |||

Westbound doublestack - the same as above in De Kalb - runs through Rochelle only about 18 miles from De Kalb, but 80 minutes later - seems like the train have been stopped on the way.
